Text
1.A temporary administrator appointed pursuant to section 633.431 shall, upon
investigation, file a report with the court recommending the allowance or disallowance
of a claim filed pursuant to section 633.431. The recommendation may, but need not,
include information on the substantive merits of allowing or disallowing the claim. The
recommendation shall include a statement that, upon investigation, a legitimate dispute
either does or does not exist as to such a claim.
2.Unless the court allows the claim, the claim shall be disposed of as a contested claim
in accordance with the provisions of sections 633.439 through 633.448.
