Text
If the personal representative is a creditor of the decedent, the personal representative
shall file the claim as other creditors, and the court shall appoint some competent person as
temporary administrator to represent the estate in the matter of allowing or disallowing such
claim. The same procedure shall be followed in the case of corepresentatives where all such
representatives are creditors of the estate; but if one of the corepresentatives is not a creditor
of the estate, such disinterested representative shall represent the estate in the matter of
allowing or disallowing such claim against the estate by a corepresentative.
