Text
Whenanypersonisdesignatedasexecutorinawill, orhasbeenappointedasexecutor, and
defends or prosecutes any proceedings in good faith and with just cause, whether successful
or not, that person shall be allowed out of the estate necessary expenses and disbursements,
including reasonable attorney fees in such proceedings.
