Text
An affidavit taken out of the state before any judge or clerk of a court of record, or before
a notarial officer as provided in chapter 9B, or a commissioner appointed by the governor of
this state to take acknowledgment of deeds in the state where the affidavit is taken, are of the
same credibility as if taken within this state.
