Anactionmaybebroughtagainstanyrailwaycorporation,theownerofstages,orotherline
of coaches or cars, express, canal, steamboat and other river crafts, telegraph and telephone
companies,ortheownerofanylineforthetransmissionofelectriccurrentforlighting,power,
orheatingpurposes,andthelessees,companies,orpersonsoperatingthesame,inanycounty
through which such road or line passes or is operated.
