Text
An employee of a public school district, accredited nonpublic school, or area education
agency shall be immune from civil suit for reasonable acts undertaken in good faith relating
to participation in the making of a report and any resulting investigation or administrative or
judicial proceedings regarding violence, threats of violence, or other inappropriate activity
against a school employee or student, pursuant to the provisions of section 280.27.
