Text
An annuity shall not be paid to any person, except a survivor, entitled to receive an annuity
under this article while the person is serving as a state officer or employee. However, this
sectiondoesnotprohibitthepaymentofanannuitytoaseniorjudgewhileservingasprovided
in section 602.9206.
