Text
1.The juvenile court is a court of record, and its proceedings, orders, findings, and
decisions shall be entered in books that are kept for that purpose and that are identified as
juvenile court records.
2.The clerk of the district court is the clerk of the juvenile court for the county.
3.Theclerkshall,ifpracticable,notifyaconvenientjuvenilecourtofficerinadvancewhen
a child is to be brought before the court.
