Text
A justice of the supreme court may choose whether to reside at the seat of government
or elsewhere. The court administrator may approve necessary travel and actual expenses,
incurred by a justice of the supreme court for attendance at oral arguments and judicial
conferences, not to exceed the maximum amount established by the supreme court pursuant
to section 602.1509.
