Themakingofchargesbeforethecommission, thegivingofevidenceorinformationbefore
the commission or to an investigator or legal counsel employed by the commission, and the
presentation of transcripts, extensions of evidence, briefs, and arguments in the supreme
court are privileged in actions for defamation.
