Therighttopracticelawinthisstateshallberenewedinmultiyearintervalsbythesupreme
court upon such conditions as the court shall determine. Any moneys received from those
personsadmittedtopracticelawandwhicharedesignatedforaclientsecurityfundorsimilar
fundcreatedbythesupremecourtshallbeseparatelyretainedandadministeredbysaidcourt
in accordance with rules promulgated by it.
