1.If a proceeding is initiated in a court for an adoption involving the children of parents whose paternity, obligation for support, or custody determination has been determined under thischapterorformodificationofachildsupportorcustodyordergrantedunderthischapter, the following requirements shall be met if the proceedings are initiated in a court other than the court which issued the original order:
a.The party initiating the proceedings shall present to the court the names and addresses of the parties to the original proceeding, if known, as well as the name and place of the court which issued the original order and the date of the original order.
b.The court in which the proceedings are initiated shall cause notice of the proceedings to be served upon all the parties to the original
