In case of a disobedience to a subpoena the real estate commission may invoke the aid of
anycourtofcompetentjurisdictionorjudgethereofinrequiringtheattendanceandtestimony
of witnesses and the production of papers; and such court may issue an order requiring the
persons to appear before the commission and give evidence or to produce papers as the case
may be; and any failure to obey such order may be punished as a contempt.
