Text
Appointments shall be for three-year terms and shall commence and end as provided by
section69.19. Vacanciesshallbefilledfortheunexpiredtermbyappointmentofthegovernor
and shall be subject to senate confirmation. Members shall serve no more than three terms
or nine years, whichever is least.
