Text
A state bank organized under this chapter shall be an insured bank and shall acquire and
maintaininsurancefromthefederaldepositinsurancecorporation,oritssuccessor,toprotect
eachdepositoragainstlossoffundsheldonaccountbythestatebanktotheextentthefederal
deposit insurance corporation insures such deposits.
