Text
1.An interment space in which exclusive rights of interment are conveyed is presumed to
be the separate property of the person named as grantee in the certificate of interment rights
or other instrument of conveyance.
2.Two or more owners of interment rights may designate a person to represent the
interment space and file notice of the designation of a representative with the cemetery. If
notice is not filed, the cemetery may inter or permit an interment in the interment space at
the request or direction of a registered co-owner of the interment space.
