Membersoftheassociationshallhavethepowertomakeoramendarticlesofincorporation
at any membership meeting, provided that notice of such proposed addition or amendment
hasbeenmailedtoeachmemberoftheassociationatleasttendaysinadvanceofthemeeting
in which such proposed action is to be considered, and provided that no such addition or
amendment shall become effective until approved by the commissioner of insurance and
recorded in the office of the secretary of state.
