Text
Thecertificateandstatementscontemplatedinsections515.38through515.40shallbefiled
in the division and the commissioner of insurance shall deliver to the company a copy of
the report of the examination, in the event one is made, together with the commissioner’s
written permission for the company to commence the business proposed in its articles of
incorporation, which permission shall be the company’s authority to commence business and
issue policies.
