Thecertificateofexaminationofamutualcompanyshallbetotheeffectthatithasreceived and has in its actual possession:

1.The cash premiums.

2.Actualcontractsofinsuranceuponproperty, belongingtothesignersthereof, andupon which the insurance applied for can properly be issued.

3.Othersecurities,asthecasemaybe,totheextentandvaluerequiredunderthischapter.
