Text
If the commissioner of insurance approves them, the commissioner shall so certify, and
the articles with the certificates of approval shall be recorded in the office of the secretary of
state as articles of other corporations are, who shall endorse thereon the secretary of state’s
certificate thereof, as is required in case of other corporations for pecuniary profit.
