Text
Judicial review of the actions of the commissioner of insurance may be sought in
accordance with the terms of the Iowa administrative procedure Act, chapter 17A, upon
filing with the clerk of court a good and sufficient bond for the payment of all costs adjudged
against the petitioner. Notwithstanding the terms of chapter 17A, petitions for judicial review
may be filed in the district court of the county where the decision of the commissioner,
pursuant to section 515.145, was made.
