Text
The administrator or the administrator’s designee, when carrying out the provisions of
section 502.603 or 502.604, may develop, share, and receive information related to any law
enforcement purpose, including any criminal investigation. An insurance fraud bureau
§502.604A, UNIFORM SECURITIES ACT (BLUE SKY LAW) 54
investigator shall be authorized to conduct an investigation under article 5 of this chapter
and shall have law enforcement authority pursuant to section 507E.8.
