A foreign cooperative may apply for a certificate of authority to transact business in this state by delivering an application to the secretary for filing. An application for registration as a foreign cooperative shall set forth all of the following:
1.The name of the foreign cooperative and, if different, the name under which the foreign
cooperative proposes to register and transact business in this state.
2.The state or other jurisdiction in which the foreign cooperative was formed and the
date of its formation.
3.The street address of the registered office of the foreign cooperative in this state and
the name of the registered agent at the office.
4.The address of the principal office, which is the office where the principal executive
offices are located.
