1.Theaffairsofacooperativeshallbemanagedbyaboardofnotlessthanthreedirectors.
2.The members shall elect the directors as prescribed in the articles or bylaws.
3.Each director shall serve the term prescribed in the articles or bylaws. The terms may
be staggered.
