1.If a member of a cooperative association intends to distribute information to other
members of a cooperative association and the member does not have a list of the members
of the cooperative association, the member may request the board of directors to distribute
the information for the member.
2.The board of directors shall adopt a policy which permits the distribution of materials
or information to members of a cooperative association by request of a member when the
purposeoftherequestconcernsdirectlytheactionoftheboardofdirectorsofthecooperative
association.
3.The board of directors shall distribute for a member such material or information
requested, provided that the board of directors may charge the member for the mailing costs
incurred by the cooperative association in distribu
