SUBCHAPTER V OFFICE AND AGENT 490.501 Registered office and agent of domestic and registered foreign corporations. 1. Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state all of the following: a. A registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business. b. A registered agent, which may be any of the following:

(1)An individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office.
(2)A domestic or foreign corporation or eligible entity whose business office is identical with the registered office and, in the case of a foreign corporation or foreign eligible entity, is registered to do business in this state. 2. As used in this subchapter, “corporation” means both a domestic corporation and a registered foreign corporation.
