Text
A vessel for which an inspection deficiency order has been issued shall cease to be used as
soon as possible and shall not be launched upon the waters of this state under the jurisdiction
§462A.68, WATER NAVIGATION REGULATIONS 36
of the commission until the vessel is in compliance with the registration, numbering, or
equipment requirement for which the order was issued.
