Text
The commission may examine the proposed water recreational area or may cause such
examination to be made by an engineer or such other persons as it desires to be selected
by it, who shall report the results of said examination to the commission. At said hearing
the commission shall consider the petition and any objections filed thereto and may at its
discretion hear such testimony as may aid it in determining the propriety of granting such
permit.
