461A.5A Injunctive relief. If it appears to the department that a person is violating or about to violate a provision of section 461A.4 or refuses to comply with an order issued by the commission pursuant to section 461A.4, the department may refer the matter to the attorney general, who may bring an action in the district court in any county of the state for an injunction to restrain the person from committing the violation. Upon a proper showing, the court may order a permanent or temporary injunction. The state shall not be required to post a bond.
