Text
It is the policy of this state that it is in the public interest to establish a water pollution
control works and drinking water facilities financing program and revolving loan funds and
administrationfundstomakeloansavailablefromthestatetoeligibleentitiesforthepurpose
of undertaking projects. This section shall be broadly construed to effect and accomplish that
purpose.
