Upontrialofanyappealfromtheactionoftheboardofrevieworofthepropertyassessment
appealboardfixingtheamountofassessmentuponanypropertyconcerningwhichcomplaint
is made, the court may increase, decrease, or affirm the amount of the assessment appealed
from.
