Text
A member of this examining board may be removed by the voting unit of the conference
board by which the member was appointed but only after specific charges have been filed
and a public hearing held, if a public hearing is requested by the discharged member of the
board. Subsequent appointments and an appointment to fill a vacancy shall be made in the
same way as the original appointment.
