Text
In all cases of personal injury or damage to property resulting from defective streets or
sidewalks,orfromanycauseoriginatingintheneglectorfailureofanymunicipalcorporation
or its officers to perform their duties, an action shall be brought against any such city within
two years after the alleged injury or damage.
