Text
Civiltownshipsareherebyauthorizedandempoweredtoreceivebygift, devise, orbequest,
money or property for the purpose of establishing and maintaining libraries, township halls,
cemeteries, or for any other public purpose. All such gifts, devises, or bequests shall be
effectual only when accepted by resolution of the board of trustees of such township.
