Text
A county sheriff shall file, on a monthly basis, a written report with the director of the
department of corrections. The report shall include, but not be restricted to, the total number
of men, women, and juveniles held in the jail for the reporting month. The director shall
adopt and provide a uniform reporting form to be utilized by county sheriffs.
