Text
1.The community commonwealth charter shall provide for the following:
a.The official name of the community commonwealth government.
b.An elective legislative body established in the manner provided for county boards
of supervisors under sections 331.201 through 331.216 and section 331.248, subsection
2, the initial compensation for members of that body, and for a method of changing the
compensation.
c.Appointment of a manager pursuant to sections 331.241 through 331.243.
d.Adjustment of existing bonded indebtedness and other obligations to the extent it
relates to the delivery of services.
e.The transfer or other disposition of property and other rights, claims, assets, and
franchises as they relate to the delivery of services.
f.The transfer, reorganization, abolition, adjustment,
