Text
1.The provisions of sections 328.19 and 328.20 shall not apply to:
a.AnaircraftwhichhasbeenregisteredbyaforeigncountrywithwhichtheUnitedStates
has a reciprocal agreement covering the operations of registered aircraft.
b.An aircraft which is owned by a resident of this state but which is continuously located
and operated beyond the boundaries of the state.
c.Any airport, landing area, or other air navigation facility owned or operated by the
federal government within this state.
d.A lighter than air aircraft that is not engine driven.
e.An aircraft which is displayed in a museum.
f.An aircraft in the inventory of a manufacturer, transporter, or dealer who has a special
certificate issued by the department and the special certificate is in effect.
