Text
The department may refuse to issue, or may revoke or suspend a certificate of registration or special certificate for any one, or any combination, of the following reasons:
1.That the application contains any false or fraudulent material statement, or that the
applicant has failed to furnish required information or reasonable additional information
requested, orthattheapplicantisnotentitledtoregistrationoftheaircraftunderthischapter.
2.That the department has reasonable ground to believe that the aircraft is a stolen or
embezzled aircraft, or that granting of registration would constitute a fraud against the
rightful owner.
3.That the required fee has not been paid.
4.That the department has reasonable ground to believe that fraudulent use, against the
