Text

The department may refuse to issue, or may revoke or suspend a certificate of registration or special certificate for any one, or any combination, of the following reasons:

1.That the application contains any false or fraudulent material statement, or that the applicant has failed to furnish required information or reasonable additional information requested, orthattheapplicantisnotentitledtoregistrationoftheaircraftunderthischapter.
2.That the department has reasonable ground to believe that the aircraft is a stolen or embezzled aircraft, or that granting of registration would constitute a fraud against the rightful owner.
3.That the required fee has not been paid.
4.That the department has reasonable ground to believe that fraudulent use, against the state or any municipality or citi
