Text
If the railroad corporation refuses or neglects to comply with any provision of this chapter
relating to the fencing of the tracks, such railroad corporation shall, upon conviction, be
subject to a schedule “two” penalty and every thirty days’ continuance of such refusal or
neglect shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
