Text
At the hearing the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing shall propose the
rates on the schedule, in whole or in part, or others in lieu thereof, which the department
of inspections, appeals, and licensing finds are just and reasonable rates. The action of the
department of inspections, appeals, and licensing is subject to review by the state department
§327D.85, REGULATION OF CARRIERS 12
of transportation. The decision of the state department of transportation is the final agency
action.
