Text
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair the obligations of a contract or to
prevent a licensee under this chapter from requiring performance of a written contract
entered into with another licensee under this chapter, nor shall the requirement of such
performance constitute a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
