Text
The department may deny the application of any person for a license as a manufacturer,
distributor, or wholesaler, if after reasonable notice and a hearing the department determines
that such applicant has violated any provision of this chapter and may revoke or suspend any
such license that has been issued if the department shall determine after reasonable notice
and a hearing that such licensee has violated any provision of this chapter.
