AnycontractinsuringtheliabilityofanonresidentmotoristinIowashall, intheeventofthe
death of said nonresident, be considered an asset of the nonresident’s estate having a situs
in Iowa in any civil action arising out of a motor vehicle accident in which said nonresident
may be liable.
