Text
1.Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a highway shall remove any
glass or other injurious substance dropped upon the highway from such vehicle.
2.A person who violates this section commits a simple misdemeanor punishable as a
scheduled violation under section 805.8A, subsection 14, paragraph “p”.
