Text
For motor vehicles designed to carry nine passengers or more which are owned and
used exclusively by a church or religious organization to transport passengers to and from
activities of or sponsored by the church or religious organization and not operated for rent
or hire for purposes unrelated to the activities of the church or religious organization, the
annual registration fee shall be twenty-five dollars.
