Text
Unless otherwise provided, responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be vested in the board of supervisors as to all of the following:
1.Farm lands.
2.Railroad lands.
3.Abandoned cemeteries.
4.State lands and state parks.
5.Primary and secondary roads.
6.Roads, streets, and other lands within cities.
