Text

1. a. A person shall not import, sell, offer for sale, or distribute in this state in any form, including the seeds, any of the following plants:

(1)Teasel (Dipsacus) biennial.
(2)Multiflora rose (Rosa multiflora).
(3)Purple loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria).
(4)Purple loosestrife (Lythrum virgatum).
(5)Garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata).
(6)Oriental bittersweet (Celastrus orbiculatus).
(7)Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica).
(8)Japanese hop (Humulus japonicus).
(9)Palmer amaranth (Amaranthus palmeri). b.
