1.Aholderofobligationsorofthecouponspertainingtoobligationsandthetrusteeunder
a trust agreement, except to the extent the rights given in this subchapter are restricted by
the authorizing resolution or trust agreement, may, by suit, mandamus, or other proceedings,
protectandenforceanyandallrightsunderthelawsofthisstate,orunderthetrustagreement
or resolution authorizing the issuance of the obligations, and may enforce and compel the
performance of all duties required by this subchapter or by the trust agreement or resolution
tobeperformedbytheauthorityorbyanofficer,employee,oragentoftheauthority,including
the fixing, charging, and collecting of fees and charges authorized in this subchapter and
required by the resolution or trust agreement to be fixed and collected.
