for the deaf. The department shall do all of the following:
1.Administer the Iowa educational services for the blind and visually impaired program.
2.Govern the Iowa school for the deaf.
3.Establish a hall of fame for distinguished graduates of the Iowa school for the deaf,
distinguished graduates of the Iowa braille and sight saving school, and distinguished
participants in the Iowa educational services for the blind and visually impaired program.
