Text
1.The board shall elect from among its members a president and a vice president to
serve a one-year term. The board shall hold meetings at the call of the president or in the
absence of the president by the vice president or by the president upon written request of
four members. The board shall establish procedures and requirements relating to quorum,
place, and conduct of meetings.
2.Board members shall receive actual expenses incurred in performing their official
duties.
